Before you buy
What software do I need?
Microsoft 365 desktop Excel for the workbooks and a PDF reader for the guide and printables. Excel is not included. Google Sheets is not currently supported.
Does it need the internet or send reminders?
It works offline after download. No macros, add-ins or external connections are required. Dates and attention views update within the workbook when Excel recalculates. It does not send notifications or synchronise with your calendar.
How do I receive the files?
The purchase button opens this product's Etsy listing. Etsy provides the digital download after purchase. Extract the ZIP before opening the workbooks and keep a backup.
Can my household share a working copy?
The licence permits adaptation, backups, printing and sharing with household members or an authorised trusted helper solely to coordinate your household. It does not permit resale, public sharing or redistribution to other households.
What should I keep out of the workbook?
Store necessary dates, owners, next actions and safe source locations. Do not enter passwords, PINs, recovery codes, complete identity numbers, full financial credentials or unnecessary medical information. Worksheet protection prevents accidental edits; it is not encryption.
What happens when a register is full?
The limit is 150 records per register, including history. Keep a dated backup, start a fresh clean working copy and carry forward every live record. Do not expand the prepared tables.
